• How to make a complaint tells you about completing your university's internal complaints or appeal procedures and what you need to do before making your complaint to the OIA.

• 'Tips about bringing a complaint to the OIA' gives useful information that you should read before sending us your OIA Complaint Form.
• The OIA Complaint Form is the form on which you need to make your complaint. This Form must be received in our Office within three months of the date of the Completion of Procedures Letter.
